We intend to deal only with direct exporters.
We need the following documents to send the contract after confirming the price. |
• Brief Profile of the Iron ore Exporter.
• Past performance/Latest Track record for export of iron ore fines such as copy of the latest & earlier Bill of lading, SGS report.
• Exporter's Bank comfort Letter.
• Present stocks in hand or consignment to be exported.

comfort Letter is to be given after confirming the Price. |
• Inspection of the goods will be allowed outside India. |
• Inland Letter of Credit will be accepted even with 90 days DA Terms. |
• Container/Break bulk shipment – as per buyer's terms. |
• Performance bond 2% will be given against Non Operative LC. |
• Pre-advise LC is required before inspection. |
